These Terms of Purchase ("Purchase Terms") apply to all orders placed through medik8.it.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Use.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Order acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product and send a shipping confirmation email.

All prices on medik8.it.com are displayed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. Discounts and promotions are applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of order placement. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Retain this for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, check your spam folder or email support@medik8.it.com.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or replacement.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 6–12 business days. All orders ship free worldwide. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes or import duties unless stated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any such charges imposed by their local authorities.

You may return eligible products within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Free return shipping is provided. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. See our Refund Policy for complete terms.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit, though we will assist in filing claims with the carrier.

Medik8 products are for external use only. Follow all usage instructions and warnings. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Consult a dermatologist if you have specific skin concerns. We are an authorized reseller and are not liable for adverse reactions.

Promotional codes are single‑use unless otherwise specified and cannot be applied to previous purchases. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
